APC is pleased to announce its latest project, Zia Station Apartments, located in Santa Fe, NM. This 244-unit market rate community will be APC’s third community in Santa Fe, NM which all share a common trait of being located in the urban core of Santa Fe and adjacent to commuter rail stations (Rail Runner) as well as adjacent to the hike and bike path.

The community will have a superior design that encompasses both a traditional New Mexico look and feel with all the modern uses one would expect in today’s highly competitive residential market. The community will have a pool, fitness center and the clubhouse will include indoor/outdoor space, kitchen and work stations for residents.

Immediately south of the site, a mixed-use second phase of residential, commercial and retail uses is in early planning stages with more details expected late 2023. We are excited to see the intersection of St Francis and Zia Road become Santa Fe’s premier mixed-use development that takes advantage of both commuter rail and other transit modes while complementing this growing community.
